”Meillä on ilo ja kunnia saada tämän vuoden Lapin helluntaijuhlien pääpuhujaksi tansanialainen kristillinen vaikuttaja, julistaja ja raamattukoulun rehtori Dr. Jackson Kaluzi! Tällä hetkellä Jackson keskittyy erityisesti johtajien varustamiseen sekä uusien johtajien nostamiseen keski- ja itä-Afrikassa. Tätä työtä hän tekee läheisessä yhteistyössä pohjoismaisten helluntai-lähetysjärjestöjen, kuten Fidan kanssa. Jackson Kaluzi on myös toinen kirjoittaja SERVE -kirjassa, joka tarjoaa raamatullisen mallin seurakuntien johtajien kehittymiseksi. Tämän kirjan pohjalta ovat myös Lapin seurakuntien johtajat kokoontuneet jo useita kertoja varustautumaan työhönsä.
